GEORGE III, emergency issue, silver dollar, (current for 4/9), oval countermark head of George III on Mexico City, eight reales 1795FM (S.3765A; ESC 129). Slightly off centred, host coin good very fine, countermark extremely fine and rare in this condition.

Ex Dr. V.J.A. Flynn Collection and previously from Noble Numismatics Sale 105 (lot 1813) and from Bob Innes, Brisbane, November 1991.
