FRANCE, Louis XIV (1643 - 1715), silver ecu, 1709A, (30.23 g), Paris mint, obv. LVD. XIIII. D.G. FR.ET. NAV. REX*, armoured bust to right, rev. SIT . NOMEN. DOMINI. BENEDICTVM * 1709*, three crowns with fleur-de-lis in angles, A in centre, (D.1324, KM.386.1). Very fine or slightly better, scarce.
