KARIA, Karian Islands, Rhodes, (167-88 B.C.), silver drachm, (2.06 g), obv. radiate head of Helios to right, rev. rose, with bud on right, corn ear to left, in field P O, above **FILWH*, all within incuse square, (cf.S.5063, Jenkins Group E, No.251, BMC 289). Lightly toned, good very fine.

Ex Dr. V.J.A. Flynn Collection and previously from Noble Numismatics Sale 109 (lot 3652) and the Clive Shute Collection.
