Jupiter in quadriga to right, below in exergue L. SCIP. ASIAG, with serrated edge, (S.188, C.311/1a, BMC 1385, SRC Cornelia 24b [p.38]); another silver denarius, Cn. Blasio Cn.f., (112-111 B.C.), Rome Mint, (3.89 g), obv. helmeted head of Scipio Africanus the Elder or Blasio to right above *, CN BLASIO. CN F, behind corn ear, Rev. Jupiter standing between Juno and Minerva, eagle in exergue dividing RO & MA, palm branch between Minerva & Jupiter, to right symbol like an A, (S.173, C.296/1i, BMC Italy 622, RSC Cornelia 20 [p.37]); another silver denarius, Faustus Cornelius Sulla, (56 B.C.), Rome Mint, (3.47 g), obv. Head of Hercules to right, FELIX behind, rev. Diana in biga galloping to right, Crescent moon above her, three stars in field, FAVSTV[S] below (illustrated), (S.384, C.426/2, BMC 3828, RSC Cornelia 60a [p.40]); another silver denarius, L. Cornelius Lentulus & C. Claudius Marcellus, (49 B.C.), (3.78 g), obv. Facing head of Medusa in centre of triskelis, ear of corn between each leg. rev. Jupiter standing half right holding eagle and thunderbolt, LE NT(ligated), MAR(ligated) to left COS to right, (S.414, C.445/1b, BMC Sicily 1, RSC Cornelia 64a [p.41]). Last two coins very rare, toned, generally fine or better. (4)
