SINGLES: 1939-45 Star; Africa Star; France and Germany Star; Italy Star; War Medals 1939-45 (2); also world medals for Belgium, Order of Leopold II second type 1st Class (French legend); Democratic Republic of Congo, Medal for Agricultural Merit 1st Class; United Nations Medal (cast copy); Australian Army epaulettes for pullover and another pair for shirt with rank badge for Major and titles for Queensland University Regt; Miniature medals, swing mounted Group of Four: Distinguished Conduct Medal (GVR type 1); 1914-15 Star; British War Medal 1914-19; Victory Medal 1914-19; various riband bars for four (2), three, two (3) and singles (3); also Queen Victoria Golden Jubilee medalets 1887 (2); also Salvage, Pictures and Impressions of the Western Front by Sergt Penleigh Boyd, 1983 facsimile of the 1918 first edition featuring b&w pencil drawings by Boyd and a descriptive text beside, card cover. All medals unnamed except 1939-45 Star impressed unevenly to 628506 B/M Chottu, I.P.C. and the War Medals 1939-45 impressed to QX24360 J.K.Clark and N238142 A.T.Mooney. Stored in a 3-ring binder, nine single medals plus other items, fine - very fine, the book with foxing on a few pages.
