IMPERIAL GERMANY, Saxon Infantry Reserve enlisted ranks model 1895 pickelhaube, a nice restored example, original leather body retaining a good shape and refinished in a gloss black over the original aged crazing, original refitted brass spike and original brass spine and front peak mount, reproduction leather chinstrap with repainted state and national cockades are of the Saxon pattern, original leather liner with an old repair/replaced section to the rear. Very fine - extremely fine.
