L.P.H. medal/badge, 1919, in 15ct yellow gold (6.11g; 24mm), pin back with safety chain, obverse, voided with Maltese cross in centre with raised central rose gold disc inscribed, 'L.P.H.', around the cross is a band inscribed, 'Miseris Succurrere Disco' (I Learn To Succour The Distressed), reverse inscribed, 'M.Simson/1919'. Very fine.

Possibly a committee member's badge for a public hospital.
