GEORGE I, second issue, copper halfpenny, 1721, obv. laureate and cuirassed bust right, GEORGIVS. REX. toothed border, rev. Britannia seated left with shield, spear and spray of leaves, date in exergue with stop after date, BRITAN NIA around, edge plain, (S.3660, Peck 799). Good fine and scarce.

Ex Dr V.J.A.Flynn Collection and previously from Noble Numismatics Sale 105 (lot 4155) and from Baldwin's Auctions No.47, The Gregory Collection, 25th September 2006 (lot 382 part).
