GEORGE I, second issue, copper halfpenny, 1722, obv. laureate and cuirassed bust right, GEORGIVS. REX. toothed border, rev. Britannia seated left with shield, spear and spray of leaves, date in exergue, BRITAN NIA around, edge plain, (S.3660, Peck 800), another 1724 with thin flan, (S.3660, Peck 806). Fine, poor, first scarce, last unpublished. (2)

Ex Dr V.J.A.Flynn Collection and previously from Noble Numismatics Sale 105 (lot 1768) and from Baldwin's Auctions No.47, The Gregory Collection, 25th September 2006 (lot 382 part).
