GOLDEN JUBILEE OF THE REIGN OF QUEEN VICTORIA, 1887, in bronze (77mm) (BHM 3219; Eimer 1733b), by L.C.Wyon after Sir J.E.Boehm and Sir Frederick Leighton, obverse, bust of Queen Victoria left, reverse, the Queen enthroned surrounded by seven figures representing the arts and industries of Britain, above are two cherubs holding entwined wreaths and shields and in the exergue are five shields bearing the names of the five continents. A few minor edge marks, otherwise extremely fine.
