WORLD MEDALS, Brazil, Cajuense Regatta Club, 1886, winner's medal in silver (29mm), with suspension loop, obverse, sculling crew rowing boat left, reverse, wreath and in the centre, Vencedor' (Victor), unnamed; South Africa, Greyville Quoit Club, undated, in 9ct gold (5.95g; 23x27mm), obverse, a compass (drawing tool) above a quoit with a scroll across it and inscribed, 'Greyville Quoit Club', reverse inscribed, 'Won by/A.Taylor'. Very fine. (2)

The Cajuense Regatta Club was founded in 1885. Greyville is in Durban, South Africa.
