NEW SOUTH WALES, Official SG 279/O38, 1885-95 'O S' serifed overprint (7mm spacing) on POSTAGE with line through it, black overprint on QV £1 violet and claret Stamp Duty issue, p.11, wmk narrow NSW reading downwards, with postmark 'NSW' in ovals. CTO rare.
