ITALY, Bruttium, Rhegion, (c.415/0-387 B.C.), silver tetradrachm, (16.70 g), obv. facing lion's head, rev. head of Apollo to right, wearing laurel wreath, olive sprig behind, **RHGINON* to right, (S.501, Herzfelder 75 (D43/R63), HN Italy 2496, SNG ANS 660, SNG Lloyd 698). Attractively toned, mild pitting on reverse, otherwise nearly extremely fine/good very fine and rare.

Ex Brian Bolton Collection and previously Antiquarius New Zealand, 2011, with ticket.
