ARMY OF INDIA MEDAL 1803-26, reverse die B with long hyphen, - three clasps - Allighur, Battle of Delhi, Assye. Unnamed specimen. Small indent above T of TO on reverse, otherwise extremely fine.

A small number of unnamed specimen medals were struck to be presented to museums, institutions and some important individuals. Note the difference in the size of the lettering on the Battle of Delhi clasp which is considerably smaller than on the original clasp.
