BROTHEL OR SOLICITING TOKEN, Russian Princess, reverse Martha, 140 Brookmann Street, in brass covered cardboard, maker F Castaux (Paris), claimed to be in Kalgoorlie c1900. Extremely fine and very rare.

Ex David Baird Collection.

Similar tokens were used in South Africa for the Anglo Boer War until 1917.
