UPPER HUNTER P.(ASTORAL) & A.(gricultural) Association, Muswellbrook, 1887, engraved on outer circle of a Stokes & Martin stock die (name erased, see footnote), award medal in silver (45mm), reverse inscribed, 'Awarded to/E Pindal./Durham Heifer/under 2 yrs'. Some light surface marks, otherwise nicely toned extremely fine and extremely rare.

This medal was produced by the manufacturer from the Horsham & Wimmera District Pastoral & Agricultural Society medal by machining off the outer legend on the reverse (cf lot 729 in Sale 34).

Ex Spink Noble Sale 38 (lot 750) and later sold by Noble Numismatics, with ticket.
