ANASTASIUS I, (A.D. 491-518), gold tremissis, Constantinople mint, (1.48 g), obv. diademed bust of Anastasius I to right, around DN ANASTA SIVS PP AVG, rev. VICTORIA AVGVSTORVM around, Victory walking right, head left, holding wreath and cross on globe, star to right, CONOB in exergue, (S.8, DOC 10a, MIB 12, BMC 10-15, T.12-13, R.327-330). Crinkled with field knocks, otherwise, nearly very fine.
