TR POT XX COS IIII, Ceres seated to left holding torch and corn-ears, (S.4127, RIC 259, RSC 1006) (illustrated); Marcus Aurelius, as Caesar, (A.D. 161-180), silver denarius, Rome mint, issued A.D. 148-9, (3.71 g), obv. bare head of Marcus Aurelius to right, around AVRELIVS CAE SAR AVG P II F, rev. around TR POT II COS II, Clementia standing to front, head left, holding patera, holding out folds of robe, CLEM in exergue, (S.4781, RIC 448b, RSC 19). Toned, extremely fine. (2)
