CARACALLA, (A.D. 198-217), silver denarius, issued 206-7, Rome mint, (3.02 g), obv. laureate head to right of Caracalla, around ANTONINVS PIVS AVG, rev. Victory in galloping biga right, around VICTORIAE, AVGG in exergue, (S.6899, RIC 170, RSC 622). Good extremely fine, attractive and rare.
