PHILIP I, (A.D. 244-249), AE sestertius, Rome mint, (17.62 g), obv. laureate bust right, IMP M IVL PHILLIPPVS AVG, rev. SECVRIT ORBIS, Securitas seated left holding sceptre, (S.9018, RIC 190, C.216); Moesia Superior, Viminacium, Philip I, (244-249 A.D.), AE 30, (18.55 g), year 6 = 245 A.D., obv. Philip I laureate bust, draped and cuirassed to right, around IMP M IVL PHILIPPVS AVG, rev. PMS C OL VIM, in exergue AN VI, Moesia standing to left, between standing bull to right on her left and a lion standing left facing to right, (cf.S.3874, Varbanov 137, Pick AMNG 104). Toned, very fine. (2)
