MAGNIA URBICA, wife of Carinus, (283-285 A.D.), antoninianus, Rome Mint, (3.60 g), obv. draped bust of Magnia Urbica to right, on crescent, around MAGN VRBICA AVG, rev. VENVS VICTRIX around, Venus standing to left, holding helmet and sceptre, shield at feet, in exergue K pellet-in-crescent Ac, (S.12424, RIC 343 [Carus]). Brown patina, some porosity, very fine and rare.

Ex Dr V.J.A.Flynn Collection and previously CNG Auction 264, lot 490. With ticket.
