Harold Tepper of Narandera, NSW married Ethel Green of Redfern on 22 August 1905 at St Vincent de Paul's Church. In December 1916 it was announced that Harold Lewis Tepper, a dentist of Bolton Street, Narrandera was elected an Aldermaan for the Shire of Narandera.
