BATTLE OF THE NILE, 1798, in bronze (38mm) by T.Wyon (BHM 450; Eimer 892), obverse, Victory seated before a pyramid and holding a medallion of Lord Nelson, reverse, a ribbon marked LAUS DEO NOV. 29 1798 decorating a shield and anchor. A few very minor edge nicks, otherwise extremely fine.

Ex Dr Barrie Towers Collection and previously ex Noble Numismatics Sale 100 (lot 2231).
