WORLD MEDALS, includes Australia, France, Germany, Great Britain and South African issues, noted Australia, Captain Cook Bi-Centenary Yachting Regatta, 1970, in bronze (38mm), WWII 60th Anniversary, 2005, in bright bronze (38mm), cased, various other commemoratives and a few tinnies and badges; France, Tahiti medal featuring Wallis, Bougainville and Cook, undated, in bronze (53.5mm), in circular case, the medal with much spotty toning; Germany, Hyper Inflation/Suffering of the German People, 1923, in bronze (31mm); Great Britain, Baptist Union 20th Century Fund/The Dawn of The Twentieth Century, 1900, in white metal 44mm), British Empire Exhibition, 1924, in bronze (51mm) (BHM 4193; Eimer 1987) (Unc), in case of issue, large brass (77x86mm), voided souvenir medals for Tower Bridge, and another for Mousehole, Cornwall, various other commemoratives and souvenirs; South Africa, commemoratives for Coronation, 1937, in bronze (32x35mm), and Royal Visit, 1947, in bronze (32x35mm).
