PELOPONNESOS, Argolis, Epidauros, (late 250's B.C.), silver hemidrachm, (2.19 g), obv. laureate head of Asklepios to left, **Q* behind head, rev. **EP* monogram within wreath, (S.2810, HGC 5, 729 (same dies) (R1), Requier Monnayage Series 4[2], 200 D1/R3, BCD Peloponnesos 1243-1244; SNG Cop. 115; BMC 1). Porous surface, otherwise nearly very fine, scarce.
