VESPASIAN, (A.D. 69-79), AE as, Rome mint, issued 74, (8.58 g), obv. IMP CAESAR VESP AVG COS V CENS, laureate head to right of Vespasian, rev. around AEQVITAS AVGVST, Aequitas draped standing to left, holding scales and spear, S C in field, (cf.S.2356, BMC 700, RIC 720, C.1). Attractive green patina, nearly extremely fine and very scarce.
