CHINA, Ming Dynasty, Emperor Tai Zu (1368-1398), round cash with square hole, value five, four characters around "Hong Wu tong bao", rev. two characters "Shi yi liang" (value 10 or one liang), diameter 45mm, (Hartill 20.111, Sch. 1158, TFP 1946). Crude casting, good fine and scarce.
