COLONY OF VICTORIA, Ballarat, Gold License, No.76, issued Feb 28 1853 to G.Howan to search for, dig and remove gold in the district of Ballarat, to mine for the Month of March 1853. With folds to fit in a wallet or pocket, tears along fold lines, soiled patch on back, very good and very rare.
