FRANCE, Louis XVI, (1774-1793), silver half ecu, 1791A, Paris mint, lioness or leopard below bust, obv. bust of Louis XVI to left, rev. crown over oval arms within laurel sprays, (KM.562.1, Gad.355). With attractive grey tone with much blue and gold highlights, overstruck on another issue, otherwise nearly extremely fine/extremely fine and very scarce in this condition.
