T. CARISIUS, (46 B.C.), silver sestertius, Rome mint, (0.90 grams), obv. head of Diana to right, bow and quiver at shoulder, rev. T. CAR above, hound running right, (S.-, Cr.464/8a, Syd.989, BMC 4077, B. Carisia 7 [£160]). Good fine and rare.

Towards the end of the Republic several moneyers issued these the last of the silver sestertii - all of which are rare. 13 obverse dies calculated for this coin type according to Crawford.
