FAUSTINA SENIOR, wife of Antoninus Pius, (d.A.D. 141) silver denarius, (2.46 grams), obv. DIVA FAVSTINA, draped bust to right, rev. AVGV STA, Vesta standing left with altar before her, sacrificing, holding a palladium (S.1351, RIC 370, RSC 108). Extremely fine and rare in this condition.
