TACITUS, (A.D. 275-276), silvered billon antoninianus, Ticinum mint, (4.454 grams), obv. radiate bust of Tacitus to right, around IMP C M CL TACITVS AVG, rev. around MARTI PACIF, Mars walking to the left, holding olive branch and spear and shield, S in exergue, (S.-, RIC 145, C.60). As struck with original silver, uncirculated and very rare in this condition.
