IMP C MAVR CARVS P F AVG, radiate draped and cuirassed bust of Carus to right, rev. around VIRTVS AVGG, T R between emperor who is receiving globe from Jupiter, XXI in exergue, (S.3409, RIC 128, C.115). Attractive broad flan, with original silvering, extremely fine and scarce.
