WATERMARKS, an album containing the portraits/effigy of Jose Artigas, Simon Bolivar, Sir Winston Churchill, Mahatma Gandhi, Charles de Gaulle, Pope John XXIII, Muhammad Ali Jinnah,John F Kennedy, Lenin, H.M. Haile Selassie I, produced by the Office Francais Des Papiers Fiduciaires et Surfins, 1967. This album was created for all those who, in issuing banks and specialized printers, are working in a common effort to produce banknotes. It illustrates the contribution of the paper manufacturers to the fight against counterfeiters. Uncirculated.
