VICTORY, Peace 1919, muled with a pattern die ON EARTH PEACE GOODWILL TO MEN in silver (27mm) by Stokes and Sons (not listed in Carlisle) the obverse is as C.1919/2, the well known design by Douglas Richardson. Nearly uncirculated and extremely rare, if not unique.
