SICILY, Himera, (420-408 B.C.), AE 14, (hemilitron), (3.800 grams), obv. head of nymph Himera to left, wearing sphendone, six pellets before, rev. five pellets around central pellet in frame all within laurel wreath, (S.1110; cf.Caciatti III 35A [p.412], cf.Gabrici 36 [p.140, Pl.II, 13]; cf.SNG ANS 186-187, cf.BMC 54). Dark brown and green patina, very fine, very rare reverse variant.
