THRACE, Kingdom of, Lysimachus, (323-281 B.C.), silver tetradrachm, (17.14 grams), Pella mint, issued 297-281 B.C., obv. head of Alexander to right, with diadem and horn of Ammon, within dotted circle, rev. Athena enthroned to left, supporting Nike, spear behind, HP monogram to left, monogram in exergue, to left **BASILEWS*, to right **LUSIMAXOU*, (cf.S.6814, Thompson 248 [pl.22, 247 same obverse die]). Good very fine and rare.
