COELE-SYRIA, Chalcis, Kingdom of, Ptolemy, (85-40 B.C.), AE 21, (6.79 grams), obv. laureate head of Zeus to right, with countermark on obverse, uncertain symbol, rev. eagle flying right, below **[PT]OLEMAI[OU] /[TE]TR ARC*, (S.5896, BMC [Galatia] 2 p.279, Lindgren 2134A). Off centred on the obverse, otherwise good fine, scarce.
