KUSHANO-SASSANIAN COINAGE, Sassanian rulers, Hormazd I or II (A.D. 270-1, or 302-309), copper AE 16, obv. bust of bearded king to right, rev. figure of Ahuramazda rising from altar, (cf.M.1280-3, cf,Gobl; Munzpragung des Kusanreiches Plate 115-6, No. 1052-5, 1091). Even light brown patina, good very fine and rare.
