(Provincial Grand Lodge), Past Chief Primo jewel in gilt and enamel (41x52mm), no maker, on ribbon with top bar and stick-pin, enamel and gilt miniature Primo jewel emblem and N.Z. fern leaf emblem in gilt and enamel affixed, reverse inscribed 'Presented/To/Bro.
