ANTONINUS PIUS, (A.D. 138-61), silver denarius (3.48g) issued 138 AD as Caesar, obv. bare head right, [IM]P T AEL CAE[S AN]TONINVS, rev. Diana standing right, holding bow and arrow, TRIP PO[T] COS around (S.4133; RIC II.3 2728; RSC 1058); another (2.74g), Rome mint, issued 150-1 AD, obv. laureate head right, ANTONINVS AVG PIVS P P TR P XIIII, rev. Felicitas standing left holding long caduceus and cornucopiae, COS IIII (c.f. S.4074; RIC III 193). Toned, graffiti and scratches on first, nearly very fine; dark tone, minor pitting, otherwise good very fine. (2)

Ex. S.J. Green Collection, purchased from Noble Numismatics Sale 124 (lot 3246 part, the second miss-attributed as RIC III 187). Previously ex Dr. V.J.A. Flynn Collection.
