Dr Jose Paciano Laurel, rev. flag, another rev. 'commemorating first anniversary of Philippine Republic', another obv. facing busts of Laurel and Vargas, rev. 'Executive Council'. (Basso 165, 167, 166). Extremely fine, scarce. (3)
