Caracalla laureate bust to right and Julia Domna bust to left, rev. Zeus seated left holding patera and sceptre, E in field to left, (Varbanov 1059, Pfeiffer 150), (illustrated); Severus Alexander and Julia Maesa, (A.D. 222-235), AE 27, (14.95 g), obv. Severus Alexander laureate and cuirassed bust right facing Julia Maesa bust diademed and draped to left, rev. Homonoia standing left holding patera and cornucopia, E in field to left, (Varbanov 1871, Pfeiffer 600), (illustrated). Fine - very fine, attractively toned, the Caracalla and Severus Alexander rare.
