AUSTRALIA, Victorian Artillery, canteen tokens, c.1890, one penny in silvered bronze (23mm), penny halfpenny in bronze (23mm), obverse, young head Queen Victoria left, around, "Vic. Arty. Canteen", on truncation, "S & M" (Stokes & Martin), reverse, denomination (Yarwood AUT01, 02); club badge in cupro nickel (21mm), obverse and reverse identical but upset 180 degrees, in centre, "Labour / League / Club", around, "Returned Sailors And Soldiers", hole pierced in centre (not recorded). The first item has verdigris especially on reverse, otherwise very fine, the second item is fine, both scarce, the last very fine and rare. (3)
