FAMILY GROUP OF FOUR SPORTING MEDALS, includes St Bathans Football Tournament, hand engraved fob medal in silver (34x38mm), hallmarked for Birmingham 1906 by W.A (William Aitken), ring top suspension, obverse inscribed 'St. B. F.T./1906', reverse inscribed 'Won By/R.Haig/2nd/100 Yds'; AFC (Alexandra Football Club), hand engraved fob medal in gold (9ct, 8g, 31x34mm), by Murrell (E.Murrell, Nelson), ring top suspension, reverse inscribed 'Won By/R.Haig/4/6/06'; also Waitaki Boys High School, sports prize medals (2), die struck in bronze and silver (33x36.5mm), no maker, ring top suspension, the first inscribed 'Tennis/Junr Doubles/1928/R.Haig', the second inscribed 'Fives 1929/Jun. Champ./R.C.Haig' (appears to be the son of the first R.Haig from 1906 above). Very fine - good very fine. (4)
