ANASTASIUS I, (A.D. 491-518), folles (small module), issued 498-507, Constantinople mint, obv. diademed draped bust to r., rev. M over mintmark, (S.14, D.O. 16), others issued 507-512, with stars and Officinae **G* (2) and **D* (2), another Nicomedia mint, (S.14, 16, 32, DOC 16, 20c, 20d, 29). Two cleaned, otherwise very good - good fine, last with banker's marks in reverse field and this scarce. (6)
