WILLIAM II, (1087-1100), silver penny, Cross voided type, Canterbury mint, issued 1092-1095, obv. crowned bust facing with stars each side, rev. voided cross pattee over a cross annulet, annulet in centre, around +IILFRIED ON CNT (Alfraed of Canterbury), (S.1260, North 853, Br.3, BMC iii, cf.BMC 177). Nearly very fine and very rare.
