MICHAEL I, (A.D. 811-813), AE folles, Syracuse mint, issued 811-3, obv. Michael's bust facing in loros, rev. similar but wearing chalmys, (S.1624, DOC.9). Off centred as usual sharper strike than DOC specimen, weak in places, very fine and rare.
