REPUBLIC, T. Didius, (c.113-112 B.C.), silver denarius, Rome mint, (3.83 grams), obv. helmeted head of Roma to right, ROMA monogram behind, rev. gladiators in combat, one with whip another with stave, T DEIDI in exergue, (S.-, Didia 4, Cr. 294/1, Syd. 550). Very fine and rare.
