DUROTRIGES, uninscribed Coinage, Earliest white gold coinage, Abstract Type, (c.58 - 45 B.C.), stater, 6.1 grams, obv. abstracted head of Apollo right, with wreath leaves up, rev. disjointed horse to left, with pellet below, (S.60, Van A. 1235-1). Better than usual quality gold, very fine and scarce.
